The City of Montgomery, Texas desires to protect its small-town character marked by a popular historic downtown and original town neighborhood. To manage the pace and scale of development, the city has contracted Kendig Keast Collaborative to determine these parameters through advanced land use, transportation, and open space planning.

To showcase these standards, a prominent site has been selected to demonstrate, through exemplary building architecture, the desired aesthetic for future development, serving as a model for quality and design excellence.
